The customer advisory board will be sponsored by RBSS and is designed to provide valuable input into the future product design, breadth and quality of all sales and support functions. Several customers have been selected to participate on the board based on their experience managing a broad spectrum of networks, applications, and operating requirements. Customer Advisory Board meetings will be held in the spring of 2004. The board will spend two days in Minneapolis to analyze the company's software products relative to their networks. Some of these networks are dedicated to one application, such as health care or education, while others offer services to a wide variety
of video conferencing users.

An important component of this board is RBSS's future release plans. Board members and RBSS representatives will dynamically create a feature list for the next new release.
