Maintenance

RBSS will warrant the installation and installation materials to be free from defects in
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the shipment of the product. RBSS will repair
an defects at no additional charge to the customer. After the warranty period expires, the
customer has three maintenance levels to choose from:

Level 1
A one year contract commences upon the expiration of the warranty agreement. Free software upgrades are included and technical support is provided Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

Level 2
A one year contract commences upon the expiration of the warranty agreement. Free software upgrades are included and technical support is provided 24 hours a day.

Level 3
A one year contract commences upon the expiration of the warranty agreement. Free software upgrades are included and technical support is provided 24 hours a day. This option also includes on site tech support for major software upgrades.

Customers that do not participate in the maintenance programs are able to receive upgraded software at a 55% discount off the original software base price. Non-participating customers can receive support for $185.00 an hour Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and after hours and weekends at a rate of $275.00.
